I am a bread enthusiast - actually, our whole family is.
One of our favourite bread toast is of the Japanese thick cut bread which is toasted to perfection using the BALMUDA toaster - crisp on the outside, soft inside with some spring in the crumb.
As an entrepreneur, scaling our business is an important challenge, a bridge we all have to cross some time.
