Those were really abridged meanings of the songs. And I do think Testament's song is about purpose as said. It's just Testament relied on Kliff and Dizzy for purpose. Only after he was left alone by Dizzy did she realize he could make her own purpose. You'd have to have played the old Guilty Gear games in JP dub to know know Testament flip flops their own gender. In the dialogue Testament goes Watashi, then boku, then watashi, then boku, repeatedly. Watashi is the female self identification, while Boku is the male version. English only has "I" so the change up is lost in translation. Maybe I'm weird, but the song is very understandable to me. I'll show ya.
