I would love to see the video continue a bit longer after the sleep commands to see what he says to you, etc... and wonder how you felt right afterwards (Don't be shy!!!)... this is SUCH a great way to see two pros demo what hypnosis is like! Thanks so much for sharing this, both of you!!!!

Always love your videos Alicia whether you're the one getting hypnotized or you're the one doing the hypnosis. Your videos are always my go to relaxation videos. Keep up the great work. :) (cant think of any challenge right now). I was surprised to find out about your giggles thing too as i have a similar thing where if its quite or im neverous i will start hysterically laughing almost uncontrollably i don"t know why though

Hilarious video! I was wondering if you could recommend a hypnosis/guided meditation to use to prepare for a fiction writing session - the struggle I think a lot of writers have is getting into the 'flow' state - this is where the outside world seems to disappear and it feels like a direct brain-to-word-processor experience because the focus is so singular. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!

Hmmmm I feel like you're the only one that will be able to know if there is going to be a session that's good for that... You kind of just need to experiment. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you. I would start with just relaxation sessions like guided meditation or positive affirmations. Couldn't hurt to get into listening to the lucid dreaming video when you go to bed. Let me know how you go :)

Alicia, enjoyed watching this video. A couple of obviously good friends having a laugh together - the hypnosis was (almost) incidental. Still a tiny bit jealous at how easily you fall into trance...

I'll go easily if I like and trust the person. It wont happen if I don't... I've just found things that work over time. For example, even though I'm usually not super into rapid inductions, magnetic hands will work a treat every time :)

So much fun video, I enjoy it :) About new challenge, I am thinking about this thing of the stiff arm, that you can't move it, or the hand stuck in the head. Some game with the body. Can you eat a onion hypnotized, and feel really good flavor in the onion?

Hypnosis: an altered state of mind caused by wine and alcohol...whoops...sorry, I'm wrong! XD It'd be nice to show the entire session, although I doubt you've been in hypnosis for long! XD And I remember that comment...I'm totally in love with your voice, but I found it so genial! :-P

Well, you have more time to do your fun and relaxing hypnosis videos. As wonderful as children can be, they also require a lot of attention and time. I can't wait to see what you will choose to do for the challenge on Gay vs Girl and I know I will just love whatever you choose to do next for a hypnosis video. I just love your hypnosis.

No. He knows what he's doing. No doubt there are people who have copied something they have seen and it has worked but they obviously don't understand why what they are doing is working and how to be really effective :)
