What martial arts means to me is not only I'm fighting but I'm learning to become a better person. My master Shing Xing Wei always taught me that and what I saw in him and my other masters. So it's really a blessing to be a part of Sifu Shing Xing Wei's school and doing martial arts. Good video too.

I'm new to karate. I know this is based on Kung Fu, but same principle. Thank you for this inspirational video.
