Hi... I had filled my form 80 australia for subsequent visa 482... I didn't know my brother's DOB accurate so I wrote his DOB according to my estimation... does it cause visa refusal?? please help??? I applied in feb 2020... but didn't get any notification yet... please reply??? please

Hi Nick, Does Employer will ask for security deposit for visa application. The employer also said that this security deposit is refundable at the time of your joining. Please confirm.

Last but not least, If I'm looking into study purposes, for example, I just took 1.8 years course of a postgraduate degree. I have seen a question stating that having u completed 2 year in Australia for studying purposes. So, would this 1.8 years of professional degree count in the 2 years program.

I am on a tourist Visa since three weeks but got the offerto work in a remote area, a Aboriginal Community in a Store, NT. Do you know which Visa would be the best? Hi Schina, I would recommend booking in with a migration agent to discuss your situation in detail. It depends a lot on what is the occupation, your education, work experience etc...

Hi, I had a doubt with ACS Skill Assessment. Will they still reduce 2 years experience if I have a Australian Masters degree? I had 1.8 years of work experience as a Programmer Analyst before coming to Australia to do my Masters in IT. Currently working as a Frontend developer for 6 months now after graduating Masters and I'm trying for a 186 visa now.

Hi, for the 186 visa you would generally need 3 years of full time post qualification work experience.
