What does "nominal power" of the wind turbine and solar panel mean - checking the standards.

To sum it up shortly on the standards that are used in the industry:
1. For the wind turbines - the nominal power output value of the wind turbine should be given at 15 m/s wind speed.
2. For the solar panel - the nominal power value of the solar module or unit should be given at both parameters combined: solar irradiation should be 1000 W/m2 and the temperature on the panel should be 25 degrees Celsius.
So, whatever I am saying in my videos about power - I stick with these standards and use the nominal values.
