AWESOME video. I am now learning that the ATS isn't a black hole and real people actually use it. Seriously, wow. And I know I was today years old when I finally started to realize this, but bear with me as I am old. I remember applying for jobs with paper and pen. And sending them in an envelope with my resume on "resume" paper with a matching envelope. I'm fascinated. I will also admit to being weirded out that someone can look me up and find me, find what jobs I applied to... and maybe (ahem) quit with one day's notice --not that I ever did that because that would be unprofessional. 👀 Now excuse me while I erase myself from the internet.
Help!!!! I can’t seem to get recruiters to the phone screening process. I know I am qualified for the position, I have tried lots of things like keyword tailoring my resume for the position. What can I do to get that initial “click”? 😢
Sorry I missed this. In case anyone is still looking for an answer - how much CONTEXT goes with those keywords? Can recruiters visualize what you did and how you did it?
I have some very quick questions? And would really appreciate your inputs on it 1. Do the recruiters go through all the resumes, or they go through only a few candidates and picks the best fit? 2. Could you please through some light on reposted jobs. Are they active jobs or just reposted due to a previous job posting mistake? Thanks for the great info :)
@@nikhiloke625 thank you! Ok first in a two part series “should recruiters read every resume” - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kGXVdjCt18c.htmlsi=d6vm3WLMg8PQ_jlY
