quality. Also can you make a full body workout that can closely replicate a gym workout for people who can’t really go the gym due to various restrictions? Thanks in advance :)
So I have a couple other vids in the works but I will definitely look into doing this too. I’ve been thinking about how to do content about how to workout so when I do that I’ll be sure to provide a workout outside of the gym also. Thanks for the suggestion and for watching the video!
Great video! Quick question. Anytime I try to shoot with my foot straight up and down and I make contact with the ball, it feels like my impact of the shot is placed on the front ankle area (where the tongue of a shoe would be). Is that due to weak ankles? Or my technique could be off?
Thanks and Great question! So I think what you have to do is lift your foot up a little bit when you are shooting so that you are striking the ball a little lower down your foot and closer to your toes. Try to practice that while doing the drills in my other shooting video and let me know if that helps! And if you have any other questions definitely let me know!
Hmm try lifting your foot a little higher off the ground when you are shooting. And start slow at first so you get comfortable with the technique. Let me know how it goes!
Bro I can dribble the ball and take it till goal but can't finish it bacause I can't shoot ball high or long and acurracy is also very low my hight is also short does matter in my career of football I can't improve my shooting 🥺
Hi! No your height does not mean you will have a bad shot or won’t be good at football! Many of the best players are not that talk (Messi, iniesta, Xavi, and many others!) so don’t be worried about that. Just keep practicing as much as you can and if you are dedicated to getting better and put the time in then you will improve!
