Definitely agree with this! When I start my day playing tennis, doing art or spending time with my dog in nature at a land trust I steward, my day is always better. If I start my day doing all the have tos or pulled off my jam by others' demands, it really just messes things up. Thank you for taking the time to share this inspiring info.
