The real problem is that in Canada, with this kind of system, women who are looking to weaponize the criminal justice system by making false accusations are rarely if ever punished.

So what happens if she says I hit her and the cops come and cuff me, and I turn around to the cops as they are arresting me and I say that she hit me too. Does she not go along on the ride as well? Or is it simply first hit first served with the cops?
