I thought I was one ticket away from going to Hell. And then I heard the voice of Jesus saying to me "Jeff, I will never leave you"

I have struggled with this feeling to 2 weeks, and I have only recovered today. I've commited a terrible sin just months before, this involves plotting to kill someone and planning my repentance, I tried and failed, thank God for that. I have strong hatred to my older brother, we got to a fight and hurt each other emotionally, then I even lied that It was he who started the fight to our parents, when in fact it was me who provoked him. At that time I realized what evil I've committed. Before this happened I've done more atrocious things to him, that includes emotional and social abuse, I've even schemed to ensure that he lost faith in God so that he would have no one to cling into. Ofcourse he had no idea that it was me scheming against him although we are already enemies at that point. I am christian, and at that time I was filled with bitterness and hatred. (Due to his schizophrenia, or perhaps its just his bitterness, he had done things which made me angry) After that fight It feels like my eyes were opened. Then I sought God and asked for forgiveness. My heart felt like there was some hard heavy wall separating me from him so that he would not hear me. My repentance was not sincere. The following days I completely changed my ways, I stopped scheming evil things and also tried to stop my masturbating habit. I tried to forgive my brother and not hate him, also planning to apologize to him at an opportune time. Then I read the words of God but I stumbled upon Hebrews ch6 and ch12 That was where condemnations begun. Horror towards God has overtaken me, and the despair was unlike any, it's to the point where I want to die. I was afraid to look for related articles because I fear what I would find out, but eventually I gave in, and it only made me worse. I could find some which temporary gives me relief, but that looming sense of dread was still there and I would wake up every day with that horrible feeling that God has departed from me. I cried for forgiveness, only to confirm from a site that my repentance is just false. That reminds me of Esau, I feared I have became one. Then the unpardonable sin explanation, which said that it happens because we are unable to accept Christ as our savior and accept forgiveness, and also repeatedly ignoring the Holy Spirit, which I have done. I felt that was me, because I was unable to forgive myself, or let Christ forgive me even though it pray for it. This continued for about 2 weeks. I sought and sought for answers. Most of the time I would be in that adrenaline mode, even when I sleep, my heart just cant calm down. From time to time there would be some site which could gave me temporary relief, but the dread would soon return. No matter how many explanations, I could always come up with a very logical reason as to why I am doomed. I thought of examples like Saul, Esau and Judas. I have known God since childhood, and I have turned my back to him and sinned willfully. I soon learned the answer, It was faith that I was lacking, but I cant muster anything. I read verses about God's love and mercy, but my fear outweighs all of these things. I prayed for God to restore me yet there were no signs for many days. I knew it was wrong to rely on feelings instead of faith, but the feeling was torturous, i cant ignore it. Today I read a testimony, and I grew envious of this person because she had such a wonderful relation with God. I too desire such relationship. Then I burst out crying, thanking God for all he had done in my life. I remembered His goodness to me, every answered prayer and His guidance, and how I pursued wealth and sin time and time again, disregarding Him despite His pursuit. My fear was gone, and I was overwhelmed with thankfulness. I could only cry out in my mind praises, how amazing His grace and wonderful His love is. My sin was horrible, but God is faithful and His love is greater. He had never moved away nor changed his thoughts toward me. My attitude changed because of that experience, this time I no longer hate or fear my brother, if I have been forgiven with that much sin, who am I to keep grudges? The solution is to look at God and not your sin. Have faith and don't look for happy feeling or some sign or confirmation. It is easier said than done, it is very difficult, but don't lost hope. Only God can remove that fear and condemnation from you, pray to Him. Meanwhile, put your faith in a verses you think helps, believe that Jesus died for your sins. I was only able to have peace now because God enabled me. I don't know if that fear would return, but at least now I know that feelings cant be trusted, though they are powerful tool for the enemy to torment you. I've been going through spiritual warfare and one thing that destroyed me for awhile was the feeling I was condemned. I felt like my heart was bleeding and there was no hope. It was so hard to pray because I felt so unworthy of God's help, but I realized that God does not send you a spirit of condemnation or fear as God wants us to succeed. I'm still recovering, but videos like these have helped during this dark time. Thank you.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the Unforgivable sin

That's the number one thing I feared the most in the first couple of years after I accepted Christ in the 1990's... I went through quite a lot since then, I even had two slips in alcohol and drug. One in 1992 that lasted until 1995. The other was in 1997 and lasted 7 years. But even through all that, I've learned more and more about His grace. I'm sober since 2004 now, and wish to remain that way through His grace -- a day at a time. Thank you for this video. It's really encouraging!

I've been worried about this for a long time. When I was 14, I lost an uncle to a drug overdose, and he was my next door neighbor, and my buddy. I told God with my soul that I hated him, with nashed teeth, as I gave the sky the nastiest look I could give it. I was so hurt that I couldn't see straight.. I'm almost 40 now, and I still can't forgive myself for that. I tell God all the time how sorry I am. So many blasphemies against Him.

I do want to clarify my doubts and questions in a good and biblical way, not having these ugly thoughts!!! I’ve been tormented with these for months and I pray about it, and it has gotten a lot better but I’m still struggling... I think I have OCD psychological issue.
