For your kind information : You are not the owner of the flat. You are merely the occupant due to the share certificate you hold. Whoever has his name on share certificate is technically the 'owner'. And this is the law.

Society is a service provider to flat owners. If society is breaking the law/agreement with builder, you as a shareholder have all the rights to file a case against the society and builder under consumer protection laws and under specific performance act. Please update yourself before speaking.
You can fight the builder and the society under consumer act All wrong information given Everybody can fight for ther rights even if the society is on the builders side
