It's a shame that the EBR series of vehicles is locked to most players except for the techtree version. The 1954 EBR is simply not obtainable at all and the 1961 EBR is in the marketplace for over 100 bucks. It sucks as a france main who only really started playing this year that some pretty vital french vehicles are locked to me.
I do have the 1954, but I agree. It’s a real shame it’s locked. Such an iconic vehicle to be locked away. The tech tree needs it. Although it should probably go down to 6.0-6.3. If it’s gonna stay at 6.7, it should really get the French 75mm top round with 202mm of pen at 10m at 0°. It’s mainly about the added angle pen. Still a very fun vehicle regardless though. I prefer to uptier it to 7.7 where you start to run in to less armor, other than the occasional super heavy.
As someone who’s recently began mid-tier France, it is really sad that Gaijin put the Mid in mid-tier for them. While tanks like the AMX-13-24 and M4 with an autoloader are outstanding, the rest of the tech tree feels very underwhelming, no thanks in part to copypasted American tanks. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just move the EBRs into those spots rather than force old tanks people have seen in the American, Italian, and Chinese tech tree. My guess is too many people would be playing France then, and they couldn’t shill out another copypasted Tiger with a bit of extra armor or a new T-90.
@@stealth7545 I kinda don’t care I never got the 1961 just bc the AML’s too gun’s ROF is so quick. I trust it’s anti air capabilities a lot more than the EBR 1961’s
@@stealth7545 I am currently working to get to the ELC Bis, simply cause I love the adorable TD pancake. I still dunno why everyone says it sucks when it’s an AMX platform with a big heckin gun on it though. It probably trumps half the rest of the French tanks it shares a BR rating with due to the gun itself and its small stature
@@THEMRfatefighterthe ELC is awesome. It's HEAT shell defeats anything it meets when it's not cought by a track or spaced armor. It's small size and fast speed makes it perfect for ambushes, hiding and shoot n scoot
That T29 shit talked, took out one of the more busted american fighters to attack the unmanueverable fully laiden F4U-7 and STILL took the headon! some people never think in this game i swear lol
