@ SHIFT Movement Science and Gymnastics Training ... CAN children, a 10 year old daughter consume protein shakes? Creatine? Supplments? Do they need this??

Someone asked for icecream. I supose icecream from frozen bananas is ok. It is delicious and easy to make (Google it). Plus you can add to it different good stuff - cinammon, blueberries, ginger, honey, coccoa powder, some good fat sources itc.
