If you watch the full event, Tank had no class or respect for Frye following the fight despite the opposite behaviour from Don himself, and after all these years Tank continues to remain a sore loser and a bad sport about it to this day. Sad honestly

@@akadvcyoubeezy6748 There's footage of him benching 600 lbs. He wasn't using fake weights in the 90's and there were plenty of people who saw him do it. There's also footage of him doing upright rows with 315.

Don Frye smoked tank and tank still cant get over it, tank was great at beating up bouncers and retired prison guards but he didnt have a chance against professionals. Don Frye and Dan severn both took tank down easily and tank just cant admit it.
No the fight was exactly as Tank described it. He clipped Don early and nearly finished him and the crowd went in a frenzy, then in the chaos Don caught him with a submission.
In my opinion, one of the best fights that early on propelled the UFC to greatness. Hats off to both Tank and Don. The excitement and tension was amazing. Tanks left was vicious.
He lost a couple of fights. However, let's be realistic. Most of those losses came from guys ( ex. Belfort and Don) who juiced to the gills. Tank was natural without the juice!

There's something I don't like about tank. I mean this is the fight game and I expect attitude but there's something I don't like about him. Not sure if it's his smugness or arrogance but I feel like I just can't nail the way I feel. It's like he's embellishing his stories but he so bad at it that he isn't technically lying but I see through the bullshit and I just want to grab his face and tell him it isn't necessary. Annoys the hell out of me.
@@Newjerseyblows Win or lose, Tank has never done anything but disrespect his opponents, in and out of the ring. 95% of everything that comes out of his mouth is an insult. I enjoyed his aura when he first came out, and I’ve personally seen him fight (outside of an octagon), but his antics got tiring very quickly.

Im so strong. I hit the hardest, all my losses aren't because the other guy beat me its because everyone was against me, i didnt run away from pat miletich i just forgot i left a hair dyer on in my hotel room.
So he spent a couple of minutes describing a punch that sent his opponent to the ground and then only a couple of seconds on his lame excuse for losing and quickly moved on. Hmmmm......
I like tank but come on man Don wasn’t some nobody and his 😂 pre fights where just as tough if not tougher than most and tank you came close a few times so that makes it 0 you predator 2
A fight is a fight and sometimes you're not in control of exactly what happens I think Don caught a break when tank fell but that's a fight and you definitely cannot knock the predator saying he didn't deserve a win or he got lucky that man will stand toe-to-toe and go blow for blow without even using his guard.. tank truly is a brawler and a warrior but so Don so that's all it takes sometimes it's just one little misstep and one little trip and it's a wrap when you're dealing with those kind of fighters you can't knock down and say he got lucky he took a blow that most would have dropped from and just kept going......
Tank is entertaining but such a bitter guy. It's amazing how our mind creates our reality. He's only a couple years older than me but already in his "good ol' days" phase.
I don’t consider his explanations as coming up with excuses. I think he sincerely see his losses the way the Diaz brothers never lost lol. They only lose when they are knocked completely out hah. Regardless of how the fight went and how much punishment they took, if they didn’t go out completely and damn near wind up on deathbed, it’s a win hah. Tank, Diaz bros, and can’t forget Mr. Sonnen are all the greatest undefeated fighters to grace the octagon👊
