WHAT HAPPENED TO NOAH PRESGROVE? EP. 1 

I didn't even know these kids but after seeing Jack newton's interview.. I presumed there was a jealousy from Jack regarding Noah..plus seeing the girls at the party writing sharpie on Noah's body..I figured someone at the party got jealous over a girl showing Noah attention and Noah was beat to death in a drunken rage..and everyone at the party is covering it up..

I don’t trust Jack at all. I am not saying he is responsible for what happened to Noah, but he is so sus. He is so sure Noah was hit by a semi, even though it is OBVIOUS that he could not have been bothers me. I have also heard that he said Noah died around 4 am. How would he know that if he was at Avery’s sleeping? Too many holes and inconsistencies all around.

Also jacks dad was seen by Noah with a young girl at the party

This is just a theory but I do believe Noah and one of his friends girls had a fling and these boys found out and took law into their own hands also there is a possibility it was a ATV accident and they are scared to tell the truth about it but good thing it is a teenager situation because eventually somebody will talk !

Possible, but 1-2 hours is not extreme for teens (young adults) not to call 911 ASAP. Were they doing something stupid/expected ... like trying to quickly clean up the party house for LE's presence while one person stood near or checked on their friend ... until 911 was called (by them)? Only truckers drove by ... (vehicle may have been parked in the road to protect body/evidence) ... and truckers called 911 first. And, thus one event doesn't necessarily have anything to do with what actually happened. Young adults may not "think" clearly to leave everything as is ... more so if unsure "what" happened or by whom. Were they ever afraid there was a 2nd unwitnessed ATV accident? While (some) were sleeping. Because they never SAW Noah's injuries. Fear of being blamed or at fault b/c of alcohol or underage drinking ... ONLY. IF an accident. By any means or by anyone. Especially, unwitnessed. That may or may not have happened. Who knows for sure? Who SAW Noah leave ... for (alleged) walk. Who witnessed? Time line? But, still ... all (delayed calls) could be unrelated. Given the unique circumstances. Presuming Noah ... left on foot. For a walk. Grass/debri (but not gravel) were in the shoes. Forensics (biologist) can help determine a path taken. Area. AND, where these plants originated from. Local property, down the road only, miles away, or from out of State. 🙏 Direction needed. Were shoes (and debi) collected, sealed and sent to an FBI lab or local CSI? Direction needed for family, LE (potentially friends at the party?) ANY peace of mind regarding the unknown. Forensic Botonist may be able to offer help.

I watched first hand one of my students get hit by a truck and when that little body was done bouncing all that was left on him was one sock and underwear. It can happen, not saying that’s what I believe happened here though

It was at 5:15 not 6. Noah was naked. The kid didn’t see Jack change the shorts. Just that Noah was wearing his black shorts. And the dad didn’t take the shirt off Noah at the scene his shirt was at the house still. And they supposedly cut it up and gave it to the kids. Which is crazy. But supposedly Noah left wearing only white shorts and mismatched shoes because he was mad and couldn’t find his other shoe so he just grabbed a shoe and walked off. Not knit picking but everything you said was kinda wrong.

@@ScotBray-hc5th yea I’m from the area and been following the case the whole time. If I knew what happened then the case would be solved lol but I do know your facts where just off. Do some more research or maybe watch the video you are commenting on before writing a paragraph over it. And i agree Noah was definitely murdered. I don’t think he ever walked off from the house.

5:15? So was he only missing for about an hour and 45 minutes?! I heard rigor mortis had already set in which supposedly takes 8 hours! Really sounds like a major cover up! I'd be checking bank records to see large sums of money changing hands between members involved!

Party of young people being drunk for four days all acting crazy and the revelers all "know nothing" about what happened? Small town where everybody knows everybody and party together for days getting drunk. Who was the "host" throwing the party, and supervising the event and everything going on, yet nobody claims to know what happened with Noah, who was remembered as the most popular kid at school, having no enemies, but who left at 3:30 in the morning, on foot, after multiple arguments exchanged, and lying dead on the road shortly thereafter. Definitely, not your Mayberry!

I don’t think Noah died where he was found. I think he was strategically placed on the side of the road to make it look like a hit and run. That property should have had forensics done for sure. So much could have been done and wasn’t in my opinion . Why! If his injuries where not consistent with a car accident and the surrounding area did not have blood splatters relating to the kind of blunt force trauma he received, then why would you not investigate the party house and surrounds ? Like that comes across as total negligence or a cover up. I hope Noah and his family get justice.

Washed off his body, but didn’t wash his hair. Noah took that much of a licking, and no blood splatter on road except a tiny puddle???

@@junebuchholtz287 now this could be rumor ,but from what I’ve heard on all the Noah pages that the convenient stores and casino cameras were checked and there wasn’t any vehicles passing thru at the the time they think he was killed.

Agreed- there wasn't any debris on the road. Even if he was hit by the mirror of a semi truck there would have been some kind of debris and the driver would have known something happened. I can't imagine one of those truck drivers would just keep going if they hit a kid. The hit and run theory doesn't have any evidence to back it up.

@@partnersintruecrimepodcast agree!! Anyone would know if they hit a person. Those roads get really dark and the headlight brighten it enough for anyone to see if they hit a person and a diesel for sure would be able to see they have lots of lights .

His neck. Sounds like his spine was disconnected (broken) and to his neck. And the two hits ti the head one front one back. No way a vehicle hit him also did his shorts have blood on them. Shoes would have been the first thing he lost, being hit by a car. It’s called velocity.

Jan I used to work in the healthcare field and when I was reading through his autopsy I was just shocked that type of trauma especially as g fracture that takes so much force I was thinking this is got to be something else. And it goes on all day every day, but majority of people don't want to believe their "great nation" actually operates like this. That is.. til it happens to them. But then it's their turn to be gas lit while, nobody believes them. That SURELY the law would find out the truth right!/s And the cycle goes on and on. They only investigate to the degree that it either protects or avenges, their own. That is all. It's not what you know but who you know.

I don't think it's native but yes they will need a warrant and because the body has already been found and at first they claimed it as a accident now they would have to get a warrant but it would not be worth it to much time passed

It is possible and it happened in the Molly and Colt case that we covered in Season 1. Molly and Colt went missing in the next county over from Noah.

It’s not the fact that they are not allowing it to be searched it just hasn’t been searched. That’s the way I understand it.

No it’s not legally! The police had enough, what’s called “probable cause” to go to that residence, tape it off, bring in CSI people, detain/question those present/get names of others who had been there/left, and seize/confiscate electronic devices just based upon the fact/information that it was the last place Noah had been seen alive, and now he’s been found dead u set suspicious circumstances! But they didn’t even attempt to do so, is my understanding, not because they couldn’t, but just failed/refused to do so! I’ve come to find out that the home where the party was held, though it’s owned by an older couple, it’s actually being rented by a former Sheriff, who just happens to be the Brother-In-Law of Caleb’s Uncle, Jacks Father! Coincidence, I think not! This would not be the first time that Caleb,(Jacks Father), was, or may have been, involved in a death because back in 2020 he was responsible for the death of a 7 year old girl while operating a boat, under the influence of alcohol! The girl was in the water, behind the boat, when Caleb started the boat and the propeller ended up killing the little girl! HE WAS NEVER CHARGED IN THAT CASE AT ALL BY ANYONE, and because he was intoxicated the explanation, or excuse, that it was an unfortunate accident would not have sufficed for him not to be charged with involuntary manslaughter by negligent operation of a vehicle, while intoxicated, charge, at a minimum! But he faced no charges ever, why/how? He was later sued by the family,(whom happen to be good friends of his), and settled the case for $100K! So, his possible involvement in Noah’s case, along with the way the local police have botched this investigation which is/has allowed people time to destroy/dispose of crucial evidence, could explain why it has happened from the very beginning! Good ‘Ol Boys Club at its finest! It’s just insane to think about! God Bless/Peace to Noah & his Family! May they all get peace/justice very soon! ❤️‍🩹🙏
