I definitely can relate to this video alot, with all the school work going on, just nearly done with GCSEs, totally can understand why you would just want to relax in your free time. You've done well to keep to weekly streams, and it is definitely important to spend time with friends.

I don't blame you for wanting to relax from youtube, It's exhausting to be a RU-vidr especially when it comes to wanting to make the most quality videos possible.

This is so true for so many creators. Even I have been realising recently as-well that I want to spend more time with some of my friends, and I’m also trying to find ways to cut back the time I spend on my computer. It’s ok! I am also in a similar position as you. I have many ideas for videos, but i know they will take 3-7 days to edit. School destroys this time too, and when i come home, i just relax. But the worst thing for me is that as i am a small creator, i don’t get too many views, which kinda demotivates me. Anyway: good you tell your audience about whats happening in your life! That truly inspires me.

The situation your in is the same as me, I have to do studies and do free time more time than ever, I understand why man ❤❤

You are the youtuber so it’s of course you who decide whether to make videos or do other things! It’s good that you’re taking a break to focus on school and hang out with friends, everybody needs a break sometimes.

As a former Roblox content creator as a whole, I can relate to the sheer burnout the game can bring when trying to navigate a minefield of similar ideas and concepts. I think, With you being one of the biggest insparations to SCR on RU-vid as a whole, it makes sense that you'd want to increase the quality as time goes on, with things such as the insane concepts Peng and Squad are doing nowadays. Keep your head up mate, Take all the time you need.

Livestreams are great, no content is fine. But SCR not updating at all like adding new trains, new stations or new routes, that is the part which sucks considering how much Robux they must've earned!

the one time i remember when dweller was a small youtuber from when I met him on a random bloxburg game, to then eventually hanging out with him and just generally enjoying life with him was a great achievement I believe that I have from my life. no worry why you're taking a break is very relatable and can cause the to the best of us, good luck in your GCSEs and well, genually, I wish that you have a pleasant time.

Yeah, most SCR youtubers feel the same, (tbh we all understand) Dweller. keep it up, and we will see you get more confident. Also, get time to relax (ofc it important) Lumix We all get that feeling when there is no motivation left inside of us and leave our hobbies or passions redundant.

I have had something similar, I have been going out a lot more and just trying to have a good time without making content, I do find it hard sometimes to start making a video aswell, but I do still enjoy it, I have learned to put quality over quantity. Good luck with your gcse in Y9, although I’m just a Y7, but I have many friends who are the same year as you, it is hard because video= time but not only videos, you now have gcse, so video+school+study/revise. It takes a lot of time, so don’t worry

Being a RU-vidr is really hard. It’s alright if you need a break! Adult needs a break from work too. GCSE, exams are giving students enormous pressure, it’s quite normal to be unactive from the internet! Just be yourself and be happy :)

can testify that school (in the uk) only takes more and more time as you get closer to gcses (i have mine this year and its been a month of straight revision with barely any time to relax - 23/26 exams done so the end is near)

DON'T be sorry. It is absolutely normal and should be normal to take some breaks every now and then. We do love the uploads but we love even more if your mental health is on track.

Most content creators of scr also would need a break. Everything you say here has a valid point. Do your own thing, & dont listen to those who want to stress you.

It's completely okay. Personally my days of playing SCR have faded too. I don't really create content but as someone also doing GCSE's, I know life can get in the way. Plus, to be fair, nothing has really happened in SCR since V1.10 and I don't mind too much if nothing happens much again. I'd rather spend time relaxing in other ways than playing SCR these days. Don't feel under pressure to upload too much and all things must come to an end one day
