A question directed to NIRA......Why MP Ssegona answers !!

National id seems to be a camofluaged projets for individuals within gov't budget. How can a national id have ecpiry date? , How does NIRA starts processing birth certificates ( with claims that one from hospital shall be rejected ) when hospital possesed the original birth certificates containing full details from antenental till birth, immunisations till maturity.

The National I'D SHOULD BE chenged, and people be registered from their clan leaders and be fully confirmed by abataka as it is in buganda, to avoid the non national to have our ID, those chairperson, are elected even if they are new on the village

Why don't Uganda copy other countries and they make non expiry IDS

Probably the type of job one does will affect the quality of fingure prints one can saffice

It's a very wastage of Ugandans,i don't understand if someone has a driver's license and again is required to get a national identity. Why?' Why don't you consolidate the features to my driver's license and save me for double pay?

Where's security...?, if some thugs could use the id to own many impossible things hmmm
