that's because it's using a little cyan every time you print black they say it's because then it creates a purer black, but the actual reason they do this is that they want to empty your wallet

It also uses color ink to put little dots all over the page as a code, so police can match a print to a printer it was printed on, in case someone blackmails someone or sends threats.
