If anyone is wondering why he's not using motion controls its because he comes from games that don't require you to use them some of the games are called Fortnite, apex, Call of duty and other first person shooters
Honestly the whole outfit you start with in 3 is kinda sick. The outfits from 1 and 2 scream "Noob" but 3's starter fit looks cool enough that I myself didn't change it for a few weeks after I got the game lol, despite me not being a noob. Honestly, imo even in 3 the Splatoon 2 noob attire (which you can still get) screams Noob more than the actual starting gear.
1:30 as someone who uses Splattershot Jr.- it is a good mix of defense, has one of the best sub weapons, and painting ability is *chefs kiss* The only negative is the lack of accuracy the weapon has- so when against opponents you better be comfortable getting up in the enemy’s face
WOAH STICK CONTROLS i didnt know people that were good at the game used em, kinda jealous, cuz i suck with stick, but i cant use motion because it makes the game harder and it disorients me, but hey, more power to you

depends on the circumstances. if motion's not accessible to you (handheld, motion sickness, shaky hands, etc) then it's likely worse to use motion. if you can do motion, you'll have to relearn how to play the game before you match your current ability with sticks, but you have more freedom of control for your camera and aim once you do, since the highest sens for sticks in this game is really slow for some reason. also, it somewhat frees your thumb in salmon run so you can more easily use the egg throw, since you don't have to have already aimed before moving your thumb to the a button, and if salmon attack you out of nowhere you can run and readjust your aim without losing a few precious seconds to meet quota.
I hate these kind of people... Like come on play onnypur own tier... You're making match making harder for us solo players. You're a pro and getting coordinated voice chats, of course you win a lot. Geez! How low you must have to get your kicks from kicking casual players
