I started to smoke at 15yo and chronically at 16 until the age of around 27-28, then I stopped for more than 10 years...I started back in around 2018 very gradually for my sleep issues until I smoked chronic again. It proved that it didn't help after all...But now I completely stopped for good more than 3 months ago. I enjoy life, am happier and I love myself way more without it.
