Sir I’m an Indian living in USA and this has been the only video on RU-vid given by a doctor regarding the benefits of quitting tea and the effects of tea on behavior and central nervous system. Literally no one else is talking about this.
Its my 6th day that i stopped taking tea, i an suffering by headaches, i am getting tired even before midnight, But i am getting a very good quality of sleep, My attention level and observation got improved, Severity of headache was so high that i thought i have any kind of bacterial infection and i need to go for blood test. Before i was not feeling to go to sleep, i used to believe i am strong and thats why i dont get tired, now i got it i was so stupid that it was tea. I am taking tea once in the morning only, still i am getting headaches in night because morning tea does not work more than 8 hours. But the sleep quality is ❤❤ wow ❤❤❤ that i am enjoying my headaches also 😂😂😂
For those who never had a cup of tea never try it because you will get addicted, as an coffee drinker once i tried tea and quit i suffer from sever withdrawal for months
