I play with the Pure Strike Gen 2. I don’t play like Thiem. I find it flexible enough not to cause arm problems, so there’s a tradeoff there. It’s not as stiff as the Aero and not as powerful. The 16x19 gets the job done though. This whole thing of pairing pros to a racket just seems to be a marketing sham anyway. Cam Norrie’s PS isn’t a PS anyway. The Speed that Novak plays with isn’t a Speed but even so it weighs way more than any Speed anyway.
