We didn't do a tasted test we went with Sabrett which every cart or truck around here uses. If they don't see the blue and yellow Sabrett umbrella they keep going.

I wonder if you can help me with selling My own pasture raised hot dog/sausage/pulled pork. We are adding a cart along side our frozen meat at market. Could you give some input? We will run it 3 days a week we do markets. But not being in the business and having a specialty $$ product I want to get advice from the pros.
