Watching you two is so good for my mental health. You are both so cute - like therapy. I hope I will have a prtner someday with whom I will feel and look like you two do.
I came to the comment section to say how much I love their energy as well! You both just seem to have such joyful and sweet souls. Thank you for sharing your world with us! ❤
I agree! I just binge watched a few because I’m trying to get back in the habit of cooking my meals instead of eating out and needed inspiration. These have been gold
I really enjoyed this video. I know you put a lot of work into it but I felt like a longtime friend who was invited to your home….just watching you cook. It felt relaxed and casual. Thank you!
Black garlic Miso Ramen is my favorite way to use it. I simmer some dried shitake mushrooms in water then blend the cooled liquid with black garlic. Sautee the whites of green onion with ginger then add the liquid and chopped mushrooms. Simmer, add tofu and cooked noodles of your choice (I like miracle noodles) and warm through. Take off the heat, add a drizzle of sesame oil, a spoon of miso paste and soy sauce/tamari to taste. Top with green onions, nori strips and toasted sesame seeds. Its excellent spicy but I prefer letting the black garlic be the star.
EASY CORNBREAD: jiffy cornbread mix (vegetarian) and add one whole can of creamed corn instead of package add ins and bake per package directions! It’s delicious and sooo easy.
❤❤❤everything looked delicious 😋 could you please link where you got the glass’s and kitty cup so cute 🥰 you guys make the perfect couple ❤you did an awesome job on Eric’s hair ❤❤❤
My hubby doesn't like things too spicy so I make our chili (mostly just toms, onions, beans, and spices) pretty tame and then I add a lot of Tabasco Chipotle to my serving. Yum. (BTW, I love your videos!)
Hey! We're long-time Sprouts-goers that also just moved to the PNW. I'm not sure where you are, but you'd be amazed at the deals you can get at a Winco if there's one near you. The energy is a bit chaotic, but the selection and price of vegan stuff is amazing and they have an incredible bulk section (think: TVP, pasta, vegan mexican candies and so many kinds of bagged bulk beans and rice).
Loved this! It’s been awhile since I watched your vids, but coming back just feels like a warm hug. So excited to try some of these recipes for the fall! Also if you’re looking for a new cozy game, I recommend Persona 5! Never played it, but love watching my husband play (plus the soundtrack rocks lol). Take care, my dude! ✨
Every single thing looked so yummy! You guys are the cutest, I'm glad to see you looking so happy in your new place, might you be trying some vegan restaurants there? (and, more Eric cooking plz! Sorry about the Mets... 😕)
a few notes --- great collection of delicious food !! home haircut is great - he has great hair (to begin with), yeahh, there's no sprouts, and fred meyer runs slightly higher than just 'kroger'. WINCO !!! enormous bulk section, great store for from-scratch cooks!
I love eating the Chipotle Bitchin Sauce with sliced celery. It's the only way I'll eat celery. Lol. I also love watching you & Eric. My BF and I are HUGE gamers (we actually met in a tactical gaming discord❤) so if you need game recommendations, we got you. Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West is one of my go to recs for people who love story driven games like AC.
Honest question, don't wanna diss. I find that many of the cooking channels originating from the US, that use an electric stove, use like ancient electric stoves. I never/hardly see indiction stoves. What is the reason behind this?
Oh my goodness yous are so cute together. Seeing yous interact together reminds me of Jasmine and Chris. You have similar vibes, of course yous would be friends.
Good info, thanks! I avoid Vegan meat, that stuff costs more than gold! I tend to mix beans with quinoa, great soups and stews with tons of protein and complete amino acids. Now I need to go off and make tortilla soup!
I dont understand what you do with chili crips, you crips them up, drain them on a paper and then put them back in the oil!?? Is it to make flavored spicy oil? Do you fish them later to garnish some soups or to add to sandwiches?
I have recently become vegan and love your content. I found out that I am allergic to tomatoes so that presents a small challenge. Any suggestions because I definitely want to have a chili without the tomatoes.
really enjoyed this vlog style! as a padres fan, have to send my condolences to Eric about the Mets. very exciting for us though, it’s been a long time coming to make it into postseason 🤩
.....Do you guys deal with a lot of gas/ bloating?? lol how many years of cauliflower, beans, and cabbage does it take to NOT be gassy/ bloaty after eating anymore? lol
With a softer, molasses-like flavor, it is a more delicate option than the raw bulb. What’s the best part? It’s versatile and can be swapped out for regular garlic in most recipes. It is a beautiful addition to any cheese plate, bruschetta, chicken dishes, or even as a pizza topper. It also gives that extra something to a homemade vinaigrette. Keep in mind that its flavor is milder, so to taste as you add.
I haven't seen Violife butter where I live in Canada. I will have to keep watching for it. Love their cheese products. Your recipes look so delicious. I am always bookmarking them.
I remember using black garlic in an Ottolenghi recipe. It was a sort of BBQ sauce used as a marinade for sellery root. Can't find the recipe online... I would imagine it would be good on some kale chips.
I just ordered zen b pasta im really excited to try it. not a fan of the jovial texture and the zenb boxes are bigger aka cheaper. Its made with yellow peas so helps me stay grain free for my health stuff ;)
