Was looking for some asian (but mostly japanese) Udon recipe and found this channel which is already a blessing for my kitchen! In many recipes it's hard to adjust some things when you live in germany and can't get all of the things, but mostly the stuff that's used here is what you find in any shop ♥!

The bamboo leaf wraps are sticky rice dumplings! U can find it ready made in chinese super markets I put a cross just to make it look pretty hehe

I love udon sooo much, but I’m having a hard time finding quality udon online, I don’t live near any store that sells fresh or dried udon. Any recommendations? ( also, I’d love to buy some of those dashi packets as well ) thanks 💗💖

Do u love near a Korean or Chinese store. They will have fresh udon in the frozen isle!
