Romee, I am Dutch-American and I therefore LOVE hearing you speak Dutch together, especially Laurens' shower monologue and your reaction : ) We would REALLY enjoy a Dutch speaking video, and the subtitles can be added after upload, if you type out a "Closed Captions" script I believe, OR you can do them yourselves prior to upload. Either works, but viewers would need to click "CC" themselves in order to see the subtitles, so maybe it's best if you add them yourselves before uploading? Dear Romee, I really love your content! You are such a beautiful soul inside and out. I am a medical doctor in the allergology department of the Charité Universitiy Hospital Berlin and I am surprised by the recommendations you received to skip egg and almonds. The results you got show a sensitisation! However, if you have no problems eating egg and almonds, we would highly recommend to keep eating them. If you stop eating them for a year you may actually actually develop an allergy (defined as sensitisation + clinical symptoms) against those two foods. I hope I dont come off super harsh, but i would definately advise you to get a second opinion on that. Wishing you and Laurens all the best and looking forward to many more videos :)

Just a heads up for viewers - there's no medical evidence that IgG testing reveals a food sensitivity, and often it's the opposite - our bodies develop the most IgG antibodies to the foods we eat the most often. This is not the same as an allergy test, which tests for the kind of antibodies that cause a severe immune system response. So don't get a test like this and think all of a sudden you need to cut out all of your go-to foods
Right! I was also reading some reviews of those types of tests (written by doctors) that said the sensitivity can have a higher score if you eat more of those foods and have a lower score if you eat less of them. Definitely take them with a grain of salt!
Wait. Can u clarify. I read what u said over and over and still not sure if I understood. All nuts make me nauseas, peanuts make my throat close just a tiny bit ( not deadly), milk gives me diah, fish makes me sick and makes my throat close so that if I would go for a second bite I can’t bc my throat won’t let me swallow (but yet don’t think it’s deadly for me or I would already be dead ). Went to get an allergy test and it came back- I’m not allergic to anything ..???
Yes! Thank you for pointing this out. I have actual food intolerances and so many GI dietitians are getting super frustrated that many people keep getting these tests and then thinking they need to cut out many good for you foods.
