I'm not a bodybuilder but I am doing a bit of a bulk, always had trouble building pecs but maybe that's my fault, not really sure yet. Anyway, my daily carb goal is 374 and I never hit it! I do focus on protein but for some reason I never hit my carb goal.

Focus on higher calorie dense foods! Adding honey onto your bagels/ making smoothies with oats/frozen fruit often help get carbs in
