Also! When I make meatballs but don’t feel like eating veggies on the side, I will chop or even blend up spinach and throw it into the meatball mixture 😊

I definitely tried the breakfast , I made it this morning and when I tell you honey! It was delicious and not too much such as far as the yoke 😂 I air fried just only to have a little bit of yoke and the sandwich, my new fav, since I am on this journey to loose and definitely eat better and maintain, Thank you

I think it’s great for some people, and not so great for others. For me personally I can’t do it. One it’s not great for me to fast with my specific type of PCOS, as I need to eat first thing in the morning to keep my hormones balanced. And two it’s not good for anyone who suffers from binge eating, as it can be a trigger. But if you feel good doing and, and you feel as if your body is responding well to it, definitely stick with it.
Get you some Electrolytes, I use LMNT electrolytes it’s great, it has a good source of Sodium, Potassium, & Magnesium, you was losing those minerals while you was working out Sis
It is natural to boost after eating a big meal, but the painful bloating I used to experience I thankfully no longer do. One I had to figure out what was causing it, and for me it was dairy and a high amount of gluten, and certain veggies. I just no longer eat those things regularly. And when I do, I take a gluten and dairy digestive aid. So if you are experiencing painful bloating, definitely pay attention to when it happens, and what food you’ve just consumed. I hope that helps.
