Looks like a lot I have been practicing meal diets fasting and liquid fast as well I found you eating preparation is a lot in one day. Happy journey to you
Can you still eat surgery food in moderation? I've been told I need to avoid them at all cost, even in things like granola and yogurt so I'm a bit nervous, I have a huge sweet tooth 😂
Exactly my sister-in-law had gastric bypass surgery and for the first month and a half she only could have liquids maybe a teaspoon at a time and now she's eating solid food. But she eats a spoon of everything she eats. So I don't know how this woman is eating so much
I had RNY bypass 8/21/23 and I can’t eat like this. I usually can get a small salad down with a few pieces of chicken. I am still living off protein shakes.
I’m 2,5 months post OP and I some days already eat half of this 🤷🏼♀️ Guess it really depends on the person. Sticking to liquids only for more that three weeks isn’t the best thing to do.
If someone you know is 9 months post-op, and can only do shakes, they have something majorly wrong with them. Most plans let people go to regular food by 8 weeks.
it’s really not, especially if she had a greek yogurt. natural sugars from fruit are good sugars. and it didn’t look like she used much oats or honey..
@@jillclark8758if you're dairy sensitive then it's hard getting the protein because pea protein is not as good and taste awful...animal protein is your only source then... animal protein is the superior source but who can manage the expense, prep, cooking of eating animal protein (preferably organic) to get sufficient daily requirements post Bariatric surgery.... its a challenge if u don't tolerate milk. Collagen Peptides maybe a saving grace in this case
@@User-z1g3z eating animal protein is a far superior diet. And you can do it cheaply if you eat ground beef. Much cheaper than how I was eating before when I was obese.
@@ashleynicole4523the second breakfast is likely due to her having to eat quite small portions. The first breakfast was probably only 300 calories max which isn’t a lot and the second cereal breakfast was a small portion and probably only 200 calories.
