Me at college: Breakfast: Apple or fried egg Lunch: rice cake with mayo, cheese, and sandwich meat (actually really good) Dinner: homemade orange chicken or eggs and rice. I'd make a full pot of rice and split it up over a few days. Best birthday present ever.
It’s just the internet. For example: med school students are seen smiling on instagram all the time; but irl: they are struggling through anxiety and imposter syndrome
@@martian4 so? Technically you dont need a healthy diet to be healthy. Its just standards. All you need to do is make sure you eat a bit of everything and not over load with certain ones. Smh do your research
So good advice: If you want to save money just make your food and lunch In your dorm it’s much cheaper and this made my dad leave collage with more money than he had when he started college
Ma’am I’m in college, and the only thing I have for the day is either water, coffee, or both. Occasionally when I wanna reward myself I will get a pizza slice or fries. But girl u go I aspire to be like you👌
@@thegillmachine Oh goodness do you have any idea how many students graduate with honors every year hahaha. Girl there's nothing to project on my side. Someone else is bragging here about something so ordinary. I didn't even talk about myself, this is just what I see from my personal experience. In a university that is on the bottom of rankings for example it is normal to get a high GPA without studying morning and night. And relax it's law, not medicine or engineering. You say it like it's hard lol. I'm not gonna say what I personally have achieved in life because I don't want you to feel disappointed with your self and what you want is probably fight with someone to feel important by saying what you have done in life. Which trust me is not as much. Keep trying and you may get somewhere. Also first skills needed for law school are politeness, diplomacy and knowing how to remain calm. You take things too personally honey. This image projected on media is fake. Accept it.
@@soniakal7751 You’re encouraging students to NOT EAT for their grades. Have fun in the ED ward but keep your mouth shut around impressionable teenagers you psychopath
Everyone: her food looks so good! Me: I could not survive off such a healthy diet stop replying to this comment I wrote it a year ago!! I literally don't care what y'all have to say anymore
In my 4 years of college I never meet one single person who had the budget to eat like that every day. Don’t get me wrong, we wouldn’t have anyway so I give you mad props for the self discipline!
Her: eating healthy and well balanced meals. Me (an intern in a vet practice): Breakfast: cereal + milk (or no breakfast) Lunch: Maybe a peanutbutter or jelly sandwich. Fruit like grapes or a red bell pepper and if I have time left, I'l eat a snack I brought. (30 min. break time) Snacks during the day: I usually don't have much time to have a quick small break, so it's really whatever I can grab and eat fast. Dinner: I still live at home so my mom cooks for me still, but I come home late, so either the food she saved for me or I eat mostly some bread or ramen...
@@sarahwaters8262 well in all fairness, it doesn't look super unhealthy to me (she gets her vitamins and protein it seems) but rather looks like she is really under eating considering her age and activity level. Tiny portions, almost no carbs or fat and meals consisting only of snacks. She drinks a lot of caffeine which is appetite supressing, so maybe she doesn't feel it, but I'm a petite girl as well, and this diet would make me feel seriously light headed. Now, maybe she eats more on other days and this isn't representative, but I would say for most girls her age this just isn't enough food.
That food looks delicious I have always wanted to go to college just like you but me and my parents probably can’t afford it Edit: thx for 234 likes I hope I make it to college
@UC-LeMypMbONxgIYuZgh0uRg You’re being rude. So what if they play roblox? If they want to go to college then that’s what they want to do has NOTHING to do with roblox.
I wouldn't mind a day everyone in a while like this tbh. My daily diet is just a bunch of french toast, turkey sandwiches, oatmeal, protein shakes, and more oatmeal with a side of bread💀 been eating the same thing for months, can't wait to get a ninja tho to make anabolic icecream
It's probably very difficult since you are in a dorm. But! Have you thought about adding more veggies, some more healthy fats (almond butter, nuts & seeds, avocado) and carbs (quinoa, steel cut oats with chia seeds/flax, lentil or chickpea pasta) fear that you aren't getting enough fuel for as busy as you are, and, I'm not sure about the nutrition in a Quest bar 😬
Okay, being someone who's eating these foods before, and knows how many calories these are, that entire day is around 1,752 calories being generous, considering how athletic you are and how much you work out at the gym, and considering you walk miles in between every single class, being a college student, and a young woman, I would say you need a round another 550 calories additional per day. I'm just saying all this because I'm someone who's dealt with this kind of thing before, and I'm someone who struggled with not getting enough food and being unaware of it. No hate from this comment! I'm just worried about you :) ❤️
Ha you wanna tell that to my high school they be drinking like two three energy drinks a day lmao. "Hey try this new flav- *coughs*" signals cant move or breath dies "bleh"
As someone who genuinely loves healthy food (like salads and stuff) i could live off this but I just can't be bothered to cut up all the salad ect to have this type of lifestyle- also I can't taste anything atm anyway
To clarify as a first year college student, most us don’t eat like this. A lot of us usually don’t eat three meals a day with our class schedule. We just hope we get out of our dorms in time for class, never leaving time to eat breakfast. And with my schedule i don’t have time to eat lunch until after 2 pm. Also there is nothing wrong with how she eats, I’m just being realistic about college life
I'm a college student living alone in my apartment and I just cook all my meals myself. Can't go to a fancy snack bar and pick out whatever I want from a readymade selection. Plus I can only spend like, $30 a week on food altogether. Especially fresh fruit is really expensive here. Want a pear? That's $1, good luck. Edit: I said food but really, that includes necessities too. Toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap, you need it, you gotta try to shove it in
To everyone: Jesus loves you so so much and He died so we can be forgiven and go to Heaven with God if we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior! Have a great day! God bless everyone!
That song by The Bee Gees is one of my favorites accompanied by such details that I am sure brighten the day of thousands, they make me think someone reads my thoughts.
I love quest bars! I have diabetes so they are great for me. I have them for breakfast almost everyday and when your sick it's perfect for dessert! I recommend the Cookie Dough flavor it's so good!
