I didn't feed my son hot dogs as a young kiddo and he still hates them. They gross him out. He'd rather have some scallops or other fresh fish. I'm not as perfect as bobby but I have always pushed healthy foods and my kids eat so well at 9 and 6. However... They will never turn down a dessert! I wonder if I withheld sugar too much and now they crave it 😣

For your face, I highly recommend Norwex face & body cloths. You just use water & the cloth, no cleanser needed. My skin is in MUCH better condition since using them, and even no need for proactiv anymore. Become a Whole Foods member. Get the sales and shop those from week to week. It’s cheaper than our regular market. It can be done. Walmart even carries organic, Aldi & Target. You can afford to do this. You don’t need to buy all the products featured in this video. Look for simple healthy recipes. ☺️

Remember that there are other options like Aldi, also depending where you live the store Grocery Outlet has great prices on organic groceries and beauty products and also Costo has good prices on many organic foods. You can make your own probiotic by making sourkraut.

Maybe if we can't always afford the best of the best ,if we have the space we could grow organic foods . It would be trial and error but worth it. Sometimes you can find organic food at farmers Markets supporting local farms at good prices . Sometimes there's good deals with free range eggs too. We just gotta do the best we can in a world full of cheap junk foods and expensive healthy food choices. I totally agree with you.

We are entering a new ERA✨💖 where we teach our children to eat consciously. I was raised in Latino, South west of Chicago, 26th south Lawndale. I recall shopping in the 80’s in north side with my parents @ Foodworks as our first Heath food store then shortly after came the first Wholefooods ...I recall the discount member ship. Yup, I’m 50 and still going strong. Flight attendants for AA 22 years! Thanks to my folks in CHITOWN still eating 💖 health! ~ I reside in upstate NY .... love the higher vibrational heathy life style! Some things though she should eat different, based on pediatrician recommendations: do not give kids non-third party tested supplements, and she definitely needs more carbs than what is shown in this video

One thing I would say is: I hope those supplements are third-party tested, because so many supplements aren’t third-party tested, or FDA regulated, therefore can contain a bunch of things that aren’t listed in their ingredients list. Also, I hope that she is eating a lot more carbs than shown in this video

Bobby does Aldi videos, super good prices. But it's really tough right now. I'm eating more eggs tuna and frozen produce as the nutrition is very good but cheaper than meat and fresh produce. If you are struggling, seek local food banks. I have not spent a single $ eating out in 2 yrs, make my own pizza and snacks. In fact, if you do intermittent fasting, you'll reduce food consumption and eliminate snacks entirely. Off course, that's a personal choice.

I agree 100%. Especially if he's using a vitamin c serum before going out. I would rather protect my skin and not get skin cancer and have to take supplements to get vitamin d (which he mentioned that they do anyway). Plus there are great mineral based sunscreens now that you can use that are not full of chemicals. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My parents fed me an organic diet when I was a baby/toddler, and I was eating Burger King by the time I was 25 😕 Hope she's still eating clean as an adult! I have a feeling she will 😉

First time I watch your videos. I'm in keto 6 months for my health and overweight. I eat too much animal protein, salads and I make my own desserts, bread, pasta and so on. Living in Florida, you need a good sunblock so all the things you do for your skin don’t go to waste! Mineral sunscreen is best if you have sensitive skin! I’m sure thrive market has excellent options, but I’m really loving the Pipette mineral broad spectrum spf 50. It’s non nano, reef safe, fragrance free, and no white cast.

Hey Bobby. Try out the indian copper vessel which remo ves free radicals nd the best alkaline water witha copper taste u can add a few basil leaves for a differnt taste for 24 to 36 hrs u get a taste difference nd also removes flourides if any!! . U can later transfer it to ur plastic one for the sake of convenience .. Avoid having a tap at the bottom istead u can make one in middle section since micro dust settles at 1to 2 inches above the bottom level

Bobby you might like to try Badger facial products especially the rose sample kit with cleansing milk, facial spray and facial oil. (I have no affiliation). Great as a travel kit. Last a long time and really clean ingredients - smells heavenly. If you use spray then oil it "traps" the moisture in. Not greasy ultimatelt but as with any facial oil you need to be patient and let it sink in over time. Really makes skin soft and glowy.

Just an FYI fluoride isn't bad for your teeth and no dentist would recommend fluoride free toothpaste. Fluoride strengthens your teeth enamel and using those toothpastes doesn't have the natural benefits of fluoride.

You are using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. It's not intended for your face. They make a specific daily face cleanser which is good for your face. Costco doesn't carry it but every other place does.

Just started watching your videos and love them ! Thank you !! I am a 73 yr old young female and just got the sad news that I have breast cancer.. estrogen is the cause and will be having chemo therapy.. will be getting a list of foods that promote estrogen in the body .
