As a Vietnamese person, I'm very glad Eric, Viv and other people who are eating Vietnamese food trying different cuisines such as Bún bò Huế because, I feel like if you ask someone, "What you're favorite Viet. dish" There's a high chance is either Pho or Bánh mì (Viet-Sandwich), Like excuse me there are different dishes that are not Pho. It like me asking I like tacos and and buy the tacos from Taco bell, Dell Taco or even stating that I like Mexican food that are SPECIFICALLY TACOS. Like there's different cuisines too. Overall, sorry for making this long, I just want to state a point and the food looks Immaculate🎆 by the way

Y’all can try - Arroz con Gandules and lechón - alcapurrias are really good in Piñones it’s near the airport. - tripletas - Mofongo with carne frita - Quesitos (you can get them in local bakeries) - empanadillas - Flan (pastry) FYI I could name many more things but can really remember anything else y’all could try but trust me all these thing are really good.
