ive gotten eye styes too what rly helps is heating up water n using a clean towel as a warm compress for periods of 10min, u can do like 10 rounds of 5-10min warm compress every two hours the first days its rly bad to drain it, also w the compress make small circular motions to stimulate drainage i hope this helps !!

Do not dirty bulk. It's necessary to bulk for optimal gains but you also need mostly clean food for hormonal health to not feel sluggish and help you push yourself/also your hormones need to be in order to keep your body composition mostly lean.
