Will be 67 this year. Vegan 28 years. No prescription or over counter meds for 28 years i no longer get ill. Was diagnosed borderline diabetic, & other illnesses. I healed it ALL & don't get illnesses I had a very powerful experience that put me on the vegan trail. I eat to live. U GO SIS. WISE ONE 🎯✌🏽♥️

Just goes to show you that everything is about mindset! I have family that are already in decline and they are 10 years younger! They complain about "getting old" but it's lifestyle choices that are taking over. I love to see people taking responsibility for their lives though like this! My sights are set high. :)

I love this! Auntie Pauline is so beautiful and vibrant. I’ve been vegan/plant based for several years, however I have gotten side tracked w the fast vegan food. I needed this and would love to see a what I eat in a day from Auntie! You two are amazing! Our community needs to def take heed!

Well said! 👏👏😍. I think keto in general is just another excuse to eat 🗑️ food and feel"good" psychologically about it. My coworker ( he's a cool guy)bragging about how healthy his cheesy bacon wrapped sirloin dinner was🤣.
Meat does not destroy your health. As the Almighty said to Peter "Kill and eat" Also Old Testament ,God laid out what animals were good to eat.I tried vegan for 3 months on 2 seperate occasions ,became weak ,lost a tonne of muscle. When i re-introduced meat, the vitality even at first meal was profound. All type O blood requires high complete protein and very few persons in the world can live well without animal protein be it eggs, red meat or fish.
I do healthy keto and Mediterranean and never been healthier.Got healed of seven sicknesses and weigh the same as when I was in my early twenties.Also never felt so much better.

I went to Phoenix Arizona for 7days and my daughters husband helped me Start Plant based every meal was done with Love and Every meal at the Restaurant was plant based and yes more Wonderful. Definitely an awesome video. I been qfpb since the pandemic because all my friends said they were gaining COVID weight. I called BS and found a way of eating that I basically could eat all day and still lose weight but definitely not gain. The one thing I need to say is even if you cannot go organic still do more veggies just wash wash wash those veggies. Almost 2 years and my bloodwork was the best it has been in 10 years. Keep up the videos.

It would be great to hear about your journeys going plant based. When i seen how healthy Pauline was i suspected she was whole food plant based. I started in 2014-2015 and ever since i feel better and better. Starchy vegetable are my main source of calories and the more greens i add in the better i seem to do.

I do garlic chopped, with lime, and a little crunchy sea salt, some olive oil, some jalapeño....Chopped all up, let it sit and top it on whatever you choose. Can also add cilantro or parsley as well.

Love this video!! Just a note, if you can't afford organic, don't feel bad about having to buy non organic. As long as you are getting your vegetables in. Do what you can afford.
I agree buying organic can get quite expensive. If possible maybe people can grow organic veggies n herbs. If they have a little space they can try container gardening. 🙂
I was so pumped after watching your video that I went down the street to my neighborhood garden. I picked blackberries and blackberries. Also got dandelion leaves and made a salad. Wonderful!!!!

I’m working on my journey to a healthier life. I lost my dad due to Covid-19 complications in December. Unfortunately, he was unhealthy. I’ve been trying prior to for years, but now it takes on a whole new meaning. I was scrolling through RU-vid and came across this video a few days ago! I loved it so and new it was even more confirmation that I went out after working to buy the ingredients. I’m at my best friend’s house and decided to bring all the ingredients 1.5 hours away to make it for our dinner! We have 28 seconds left and I can’t wait to enjoy it!
