Taking vitamins helps with anxiety and depression. I had very low iron in my blood but since i've been taking iron daily the depression has vanished. So get your blood checked if you're feeling low and anxious. Vitamin D is also very important so if you're feeling tired all the time and restless take vitamin D.

I really need a mental break but not anything related to food .im heartbroken after knowing a 2 year old died in Gazza due to fodder food poisoning and an infant died of hunger ! Im a pregnant mom of 2 I find it so difficult to be normal atleast for my kids ! I feel so guilty for not doing enough .please I feel I’m sinking I can’t bare anymore I just wish they have atleast food after everything they went thru.

You know there have been other wars for years since Leena has been making videos? What about Syria, Ukraine or other places people are starving on the daily? Do only the children starving in Palestine matter? Should she never post a WIEIAD because of that? It is her job to post these videos and people are still interested to get some inspiration of a healthy eating lifestyle. I understand your concern and this is why I reached out to them to get their stance and to clarify everything. They were offering free therapy to people affected by the “war” and people were upset because they thought they were only helping Israelis but they are helping anyone affected including Palestinians. This made me comfortable moving forward working with them!
