I was right there with you for the longest time! I found it was kind of fueling my depression, though, so lately I've been trying to get myself to brush my hair (lol) and put on an outfit. Helps me feel a little more produtive.

Your breakfast looked SO SO good! I am always really jealous about people from the US eating JUST egg as there is nothing similar available where I live :D Maybe one day ;P However, I am fine with tofu scramble (different story with my fam ;P)

I had a piece of chicken show up in a bowl of mine once, and I am so suspicious of every burrito and bowl I get since then. I'm not vegan, but I'm a vegetarian who keeps kosher and who wants to raise chickens one day, so yeah....it disturbed me.
I would just like to tell you that I started buying sriracha because you used it so much in your videos. So basically I also put sriracha on my sriracha now. Btw, I really feel for Eric regarding the whole Chipotle trauma. That was not cool of them.

I’m commenting mid-video to say I had to decide not to go to Chipotle anymore because wtf, they put meat in my food like 80% of the time. And I’m sad about it because I was (embarrassingly) a big fan. And I don’t have many vegan options around here... though as it turns out Chipotle wasn’t a vegan option either. 😅😭
Yeah....we probably won't go anytime soon either. It's been pretty hit or miss for us. We really enjoy Qdoba lately! Especially since they started including Impossible in their menu!

There's a part in almost every video where Eric reminds me of my fiance. They have weirdly similar traits and quirks occasionally, even though Eric's a dude and my fiance is female. It's wild though. I'm watching and I'm laughing and then I realize why -- something he said or did is so similar to something my fiance would say or do. Lol. :)

I am transitioning into a vegan and gluten free lifestyle and I am so tired of watching vegan "what I eat in a day" videos that are literally just the same food every single day but fitness chicks who don't really cook. That cashew butter is AWESOME in smoothies when I run out of almond milk. It makes them super creamy like a milkshake texture! I’m out right now and cases are rising again in my area, so I’m trying not to go out! I hope you find another way to use the rest of your food! I also love how frugal and mindful you guys are about food waste!
Does the cold noodle salad keep well in the fridge for a few days? Looks delicious! Also you guys should veganize the Starbucks pumpkin spice cold foam cold brew 😍
If you want to make enough for leftovers, I'd probably recommend using a thicker kind of noodle! The really thin rice noodles tend to get soggy/swell up after they sit too long. But maybe soba or udon noodles would hold up better! And that's such a good idea! I actually really want to make a video veganizing all their fall beverages!
Love living in San Diego especially after the tourists have gone home but we can’t see a way to retire here so we know we’ll be going to Oregon at some point. Wouldn’t trade the years we’ve had here for anything. Amazing people, weather and beach vibes.
You know some people hate on Cali and some are dying to move there. I love Cal, but do want to move to the east coast bc the climate & vibe (maybe 1 other reason) draw me to it, not bc I don’t love my home state. You’re a Cali girl bottom line. If I lived in another state, I know that going to Cali would absolutely be on my bucket list. I’m glad you’re coming back to be near family, that’s important. Eric, I’m sure will love being a Cali resident. Safe travels to you both!
I eat marinated tofu before crisping it up lol. I use the TJ’s Super firm tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, nutritional yeast, TJ’s mushroom umami, pepper, and sesame seeds. It’s actually really good:)

Good luck with the move! And don't hate on the walkie talkies! We used them during multi-family trips when I was younger and it made the communication of last-minute changes (bathroom break?!) so much easier.
Although I’m dairy free (I’m allergic) I’m not vegan...although I’ve had a few rough weeks mental health wise recently so I’ve gone plant based...I’m not saying I’m better but I’m getting there :) sometimes we need to listen to our bodies ♥️

yay! i always light up when you post a new video. our home cooking styles are so similar it’s crazy... but i think that’s also because i’ve been watching you and other vegan youtubers like hot for food for probably 2 or 3 years now 🤪 so funny as SOON as you started talking about tamari and cookbook reviews i knew you had been reviewing mississippi vegan! that cookbook is so full of tamari, nooch, rice vinegar, and lots of herbs and spices in general! recently i’ve realized i prefer the bolder more savory flavor of tamari. anyway, much love to you and eric as always!!! good luck with the move! 🥰🥰🥰

Love your videos!! So I’m a hand therapist and I see your road rash is healing on your hand! You can improve the look of them if you use some silicone patches for scar on them at night for 3-6 months or so. Just secure them with coflex/Coban tape. And you can reuse them for a couple weeks before replacing! It’ll help avoid hypertrophic scarring and make them soft, flat, and reduce redness. ❤️

Sarah's Vegan of course! There’s no research on this yet, but I’ve seen clinical improvement in scar appearance with soaking gauze in a saline solution and wrapping it over the scar with coflex overnight. At least 6 treatments. 😘 Good luck with your move!
Hi! A new family adopted Melvin near the start of the year. If you're curious about the details we have a podcast episode all about it. (anchor.fm/whatislifedude/episodes/Where-Has-Melvin-Been--Update-ebq755) But the long and short is that we gave him to a friend who had another dog so he could have a companion. He was really unhappy when Eric started working from home. He's doing well!
I am not sure what kind of non stick coating you have on the pan but I would still prefer cast iron over any non stick 🙂. After watching Dark waters movie I don’t trust any coated pots and pans.
