It is refreshing to see a food diary that isn’t about counting calories. I also love that it’s realistic and not about making it all “instagram perfect” and that you focus on a well balanced diet with frequent eating

I love that you encourage to not undereat. I eat about 5 or 6 small meals a day with the exception of dinner which usually is more. I always see other people who eat way less than me because they think eating too much is bad for you. Good to know there's no problem with it :) also I think I might steal some of these snack ideas lol

I LOVE YOU. Youre so realistic, you actually EAT, you dont count macros. Youre just an extremely great role model for young girls, and guys too, but you don't create any weird ideas in our head of counting calories and fat and all that. You're great. Love you.

I can eat as much as you do, not just because I work out too and get hungry but also because I love food and I’m always hungry lol and it’s so nice to see that I’m not the only one who can eat as much, people around me often say bad comments about how much I eat and it makes me feel uncomfortable and it makes me feel like I’m doing a bad thing and that I should eat less but you help me so so much and you’re my inspiration 💕 you’re beautiful by the way and have a great personality hahaha couple goals too

I love the long video it takes me longer to find time to watch it but it’s on my mind alllll day. It feels like we’re just hanging out! And it shows how much you really just want to connect with your subscribers just showing us a full detailed Day with you! You could always make a vlog channel for longer videos too !

Love to see a youtuber eat more than like 1200-1600 and still slay in fitness. I feel like there more people doing that now. But alot of fitness YT doesn’t eat very much... makes me feel like i have to eat so little to Reach my goal :/ love u!❤️

You gave me the idea to put frozen raspberries & blueberries on my oats in the morning Hanna. I have to thank you because now I absolutely love eating breakfast!! I sometimes drizzle peanut butter on top of the frozen berries 😋😋😋

Yoghurt and Knäcke. Good idea! Edit: you are so freaking cute! So down to earth and laid back. You seem really sweet and your boyfriend too. You went to the gym straight after the hairdressers-what? New hair don't care. And you're not afraid to show little bloobers (like when you dropped food) lol. And you eat ketchup on all you're healthy lunch. Smh lol you're so right about the need to eat. After watching this video I fond less eating is not good for weight lose🤩. me and my boyfriend we both are healthe conscious . But problem is I'm pure Nov vegetarian 😋 and he is pure vegetarian . That's why I have to cook to different types of food 🥺.

Hanna I love you and your videos are really great and you motivate me so much, but I have to say that 40 minutes is a bit too long! I noticed your videos are becoming longer and longer over time and I recommend maybe you cut them a little shorter. They can still be amazing content without it being 30 or 40 minutes! I am just putting in my opinion, please don't take offense! 😊

You need to check what ingredient is making you bloated. Its not amounts of food but what you eat and how you eat it

Do you drink alcohol at all? How much water do you drink? I don't drink alcohol as much as used to and sleep much better now. But I don't drink enough water. I drink water more than anything else so atleast there is that
