I LOVE that you have BAGS of oats. I’m a chef at a v. Good restaurant and all I eat all day are oats, peanut butter, prunes and, flax. I studied Nutrition and then became a chef in Germany....oats have always been my go to. I just started your AFLETE Ap and it is great!

I already eat the carb master yogurt. It’s really good! I don’t really like Greek yogurt, so it’s been a great substitution. Highly recommend for anyone in the US.

cheeky tip for your broccoli....you lose a lot of nutrients into the water when you boil it... try steaming it instead! uses less water too. I dont have a steamer so I put broccoli in a sieve that fits into one of my pans with water in the bottom, then put a lid on. That goes for all veg
