What I eat in a day on #whole30 for #weightloss
Week 2 down -9 lbs total
Flaky salt: www.amazon.com...
KETO CABBAGE is just a head of cabbage, seasoning of your choice I use onion salt, and you’ll need about 1 tbsp - 2 tbsp of olive oil. Bake on 400 for 30-35 minutes until crispy , toss half way through cook time. The crispy black edges are the best so don’t be scared to cook this cabbage!
CHIM PORK CHOPS we use bone in pork chop with chimichurri sauce spread evenly on the chop bake on 400 for 20 minutes. You could also drop the heat to 375 for 25 minutes or so but we kept it at 400 with the cabbage.
CHICKEN DRUMS seasoned with onion salt cooked at 400 for 25 minutes. So simple!
BURGER PATTIES I seasoned with onion salt and bang bang seasoning cooked in a skillet on each side for about 8 minutes until cooked through. I always checked with a meat thermometer!

Yesssss high protein + good fats 🙌🏼 Try heavy cream in your coffee, I made that switch when I gave up added refined sugar three years ago and I’ve never looked back, coffee has never been more delicious! A dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract makes it that much better, and it’s pure fat, no carbs or sugar to break a fast 🤎☕️

I dropped the sweetness in my coffee after doing whole 30 and now I just use coffee and heavy cream.

Delicious food! Your cabbage recipe is similar to something my mom has been making my whole life. She cuts the cabbage up and steams it, then in a frying pan in some butter (or oil of choice) she caramelizes the cabbage. It brings out a natural sweetness in the cabbage and is really delicious.

For this small portion you only need 1 tsp if that especially if you use lemon juice :)

I used to have to have my coffee sweet but I’ve developed an allergy to sucralose and aspartame which most zero sugar things contain… and being on weight watchers the high points for regular sugared things weren’t worth it so I slowly transitioned to black coffee and actually now enjoy it and prefer it over the highly sweetened coffees which I never thought I would end up here but here we are 😂 I’ve also discovered when I go out for coffee like Starbucks or Dunkin I prefer where I can taste more of a coffee flavor vs loaded with sweetness. My go to order for Starbucks used to be the cinnamon dolce latte. Now I just do cold brew and maybe cold foam or something simple like that. At home it’s black coffee all the way though! Sometimes it takes time for our bodies to adjust and decide we like something because I never would have thought I would be a black coffee drinker lol

Wow, everything you made to eat looks so good. I have made the cabbage and I must say I absolutely love it. In fact I ate almost a whole half a cabbage in one sitting and had a little tummy ache but it was so good though. I gotta make that carrot salad as a snack that looks delicious.

That carrot salad is a great idea, idk why I never do ribbons, especially how easy it is with a peeler. I bet they’d be delicious with some sesame oil too!

I absolutely love carrot ribbon salad! All I add is lime juice, salt and Tapatio sauce. Been eating it this way since I was a child.

I love whole 30! It seriously is one of the few styles of eating that makes my body feel its best. I truly feel like you and Joey are going to go so far eating this way because you already naturally love eating Whole Foods. Good luck darlin! So happy you’re feeling good eating this way. We honestly do! I love Whole Foods and I get distracted from that when I go out or when I crave junk but truly I love eating healthy foods.
