Hi laura.....I am too on journey with my weight but unlike yourself I have more weight to lose. I don't weigh myself but go on how my clothes feel and have recently gone down 2 to 3 dress sizes. I find calorie counting is so much easier than following a diet because if you do have extra calories in one of your meals, you can just cut back later. I have needed and wanted to lose weight for a few years and I am so glad I finally took hold of my personal problem. Lockdown actually helped me because I wanted to do it in private and can't wait for my family to see the new improved me. De f going to taste test your meal ideas.....They look amazing......I am getting a bit repetitive with my meal choices so thank you xx

@@LauraMeachem Gemma like quite a few other bloggers have done what I eat in a day video...just like most of you do food shopping, Zara, B&M hauls etc around the same time and in her intro she mentioned that if some ppl have issues with eating/weight etc then not to watch as it maybe a trigger and she also mentioned not to compare yourself with another person as height, bones etc play a part with weight.
Loved the video as always, I do not weigh myself, continually. I go by my clothes, feel tight, push back on calories. I tend to have porridge in the morning, with Soya milk, put in the micro, for two mins, cut a little fruit, Bingo. I'm also vegetarian, plenty of fish, Vegetables, rice noodles, pasta, my problem is I love potatoes, from Potato jackets, Micro, plus boiled potatoes. But since lockdown crisps 3 times a week. Not much bread, but brown bread. I also go for a long walk. I definitely stay a way from Caffeine, one cup of tea, hypo the whole day. No coffee either. No fizzy drink that's a no, no. I'm very much into danceing, but under lockdown, lack of Exercise. I try to cut calories,. Its a on going battle. But we'll done Laura, you inspire me. To get out there, plus to all lady's, what ever size you are, it is what makes you comfortable. But exercise makes you feel like you can tackle the World. Great blogg. Xxxxx
I don't know if this is genuine . A youtuder i watch has got an email from RU-vid telling them that as from June 21 the US government will be taking taxes from your RU-vid earnings As will as taxes you pay here. Which i think is unfair as their taxes are much higher than ours . The fact that the American youtubers will only be pay one tax bill . It was on Instagram it was printed off by the RU-vidr . Best look into it sweetie 😘

As I mentioned I gained a few pounds in lockdown - nothing the camera can really see but it’s what I feel and my clothes just felt a little tighter so just wanted to lose a few pounds - nothing huge! But mainly the long term goal is to get back on a healthy lifestyle with good food and exercise 🥰 xxxx
