🤣🤣arent they humans also they know science way better than you. a maggie doesnt have unhealthy items except msg. also msg wont be used in all brands for instance patanjali refrains msg in their maggie and even yippie too. maida is just a germ of a wheat that has starch carbs. carbs are not dangerous it can be converted to glucose . so maggie can be safely taken unless youve diabetes pancreatitis (failed pancreas because this is the one that converts into glucose) .so anyone can eat maggie. in 2040 all packed foods gets tripled there is no escape because in 2040 all india gets realestate industrailised and no land for agriculture farming so no food only imports from foreign like usa africa china. so obviously packaged foods comes into domination. think practically india is a smallest tiniest country it definetly gets even shorted than today
Most docs have no time to eat good food, right on time while they ask people with gastritis to eat on time. They can't due to work. Everyone one can blame doctors when they make mistakes while they don't get sleep( the 8hrs they ask us) or eat well.
@@wildphoenix27 for that(not havng proper sleep)only they need to maintain healthy diet.not eating burger and Maggi, rather than they can drink milk healthy fruit mixes....
@@rajeshwarir9540 no proper sleep = irregular work schedule. doctors and nurse start working from from their 1st or 2nd yr in college itself. We all can say this from our comfort but they can't. In this video, you saw how she made food ( channa) and then she got hungry so she opted for the easy one, with no one at home. Yes she could have eaten a banana. But sometimes, it happens. And she also has to stay awake and learn.
The things doctors nowdays don't have good health because as I can see the things they're eating not a single peoper meal, aplog hume thik karoge toh khudka bhi thoda kheyal rakha karo ❤
Even m a medico but i alwz prefer eating healthy food......its not about medico or non medico its about personal perspective, i have seen many seniors of mine joining gym fm 2nd yr n continuing with hectic study schedule......plus govt medical colege k mess ka khana really sucks.....so , i used to prepare khichdi and vegis with dal......most of the time
Skip breakfast woow. Itne ache se bata rahi ho. It’s bad. Trust me when u will come at the age of 27 28 u will face healrh issue. Don’t do that. Never skip the meal.
You are going to be doc but are not healthy and u skipping the breakfast.... Pls don't doo this.... Try too eat 2 idly and healthy foods and snacks...... Becoz ur going to save soo many lives
