Love this video and love you Alix ❤ Also I'm thinking about going more plant-based, but I don't know where to start cuz honestly the Internet is a maze 😭 Could you please share your knowledge, like where and how to start, the protein source, how much carbs (rice, pasta,...) and fruit is too much, etc? Like do you have some documents or books that I should start reading for more info? Really hope you can help me out Alix. Lots of love ❤❤

Alix! I’m trying to stay on a diet and when I want to give up I honestly just walk away from the food and tell myself it’s okay it’s still going to exist in a few months from now! You motivate me a lot! and remind me agin why I’m doing what I am!💕💞

Definitely recommend Unnatural Vegan, she’s vegan and doing intuitive eating (and always cites her sources). Chickpea pasta sounds interesting, might give that a go!

Something that I have observed is that healthy eating is mostly expensive eating....it basically costs quite a lot to maintain a protein based diet....
