Loving the content 😁!! Just something to bare in mind I’m pretty sure your body can only absorb like 25g protein per sitting (in about 1.5-2hrs)! So maybe spread it out a little!❣️
Yes that’s right! RD here 🙋🏻♀️ Your body can absorb approx 0.3-0.4g of protein per kg of body mass in a meal. So it’s best to spread in out in the day as she said 😊 love the content! ❤
