Do you follow your own strength training program or do you follow someone on RU-vid for that?

@@TheCallyjean I actually did a lot of research last year to make up my own program. Over time I’ve increased the size of the weights and increased the reps. I also add and takeaway things about every month. I keep track of the routines, weights, and reps in a notebook so I know what to do each session and when to change it up. Hope that helps. 😃
