Through this weight loss journey I too have learned what the words like “mindful” or “journey” mean to me. I also have taught myself new tricks like when I’m hungry between lunch and dinner and have already had a snack or two I’ll take my daughter on a walk to go get the mail or go get my truck washed so I’m leaving the house and then I realize I was bored eating because I’m no longer hungry when I don’t have access to food. Love your glasses btw! They look great on you and your skin looks great!

I don't normally comment, but I wanted to send you a huge thank you!! In late February of this year I was asked by my mom if I wanted to start and try W.W but to he honest I wasn't feeling like trying in fear that this program was just another fad diet and I didnt really want to pay for it. I started watching your videos and you have taught and motivated me so much. I love your positivity and the energy you give out. I am now 6 weeks in 35.6 pounds down. Hey there hust wanted to share I made the salad dressing you shared yesterday minus the kraut never had that yet! Lol The dressing yes ma'am is bomb!!! Your dogs are so cute! Same for soups, they are so easy and convinient. I plan to do a green minestrone today : 6 Blue SP per serving and I don't even have to change anything from the book. Italian type of cuisine is my favorite.
