I knew a very old sheperd & he always dipped his bread in his coffee, kept him wandering the hills after his precious sheep all day...He told me he hadn't left the mountain since the war !! He would eat apples & pancakes in the evening xx

I really need to cross the pond one of these days - this all looks so amazing! I love the gratitude you express for all aspects of life, we are so blessed to be alive at this time. I've been veg for over 15 years vegan for 3, and the seeing the world move in this direction is so encouraging. I feel so much more connected to the food I eat, it gives life. Daily walks in nature, strength training, mobility exercises are how I invest in my long term health. It's not complicated, you just have to decide to do it and stick with it. Thanks for the inspo, you guys are awesome 🥰

when my kids were little we used to wait until everyone was at the table and ready to eat rather than just all leap in without thinking. It just took a second to wait for everyone to be there. I'm trying this with my grandkids with minimal success. thanks for this video Dave xxx

Pausing before tucking in really changes how I experience a meal! Despite not being religious, it’s still a very positive habit practice - just to be grateful!

Hi, living in the UK we are not taught to say blessings but I did go to a girls school run by nuns and we said Blessings before breakfast, lunch & dinner but I do feel being grateful & humble is a good way to be and makes you enjoy the food more also !! God Bless you . 🙏🌻🙏

Hi, Watching this is made me realize I have to be more disciplined I do yoga once week and walk every day One hour hike but watching you, swimming and doing yoga everyday makes me want to be doing yoga daily. Thanks for inspiring me and the food you eat in a day looks so gorgeous . I love how you kiss your food !!! Oddly the one thing I never minded was wild swimming when I lived on the coast of Istria with my parents ... I know it's easier it's warmer .. my bff wakes up every morning and swims in the Amazon ... and my mum was born in the north of Germany and swam in the North Sea. I actually really like the shock of the cold as I have a bit of an anxiety problem and it just vanishes, so I'm consigned to a swimming pool 5 am then out with my dog. Broke my hip and the swimming the best physio in the world. I was bemused because I've been vegan for yonks and if I forget something I often just google you guys and remember the recipe so many thanks .. I was also charmed by your physical exuberance which is not at all like, as Dylan Moran would say, Arnold pointlessly lifting the heavy thing, over and over and that's how he got to be the governor of California -- more like David Tennant another thoroughly decent human being. Tx glad you guys are around reminds me the internet is not all bad at all sometimes.

Yo duuuuudes! That was a heartwarming video. The early beach shots were beautiful and the energy throughout was great - really put a smile on my face. Your so right in regards to appreciating the little things. Sometimes just before I fall asleep, I start getting excited by what I'm going to make to eat the next day and damn, the food in your cafe looks incredible. Great guys with a wonderful attitude and lovely recipes, but goodness gracious that sort of life really isn’t feasible for everyone… I’m the most energetic I’ve ever been but I can’t seem to wake up before 9 and only go to the gym 3x a week and waste plenty of time doing nothing particularly productive (but enjoying every second) 😅 Well I’ll just take it as inspiration, good for them.
