Anybody else planning on going to Ireland to get one bread, one pesto, one coffee, and many hugs from this guys? or is it just me

You two are simply gorgeous men. You have infectious enthusiasm and passion and OMG those accents ... the lilt warms my heart strings and resonates with my Irish genes. You are a huge success and always will be just because you are you and honouring the journey of being human. 💝

I'm coming to see you asap, I love the happy pear, I've been vegan sence 1975 when i was 13 years old, I grew up on a farm with all kinds of animals that were by best friends, one by one there lives were taken from them by my family for food, I never eat one bite, instead i turned vegan in 1975 and never used any animal products what's so ever in my life again, my daughter is vegan all of her life 27 years and my grandfather' 7 years, vegans rule. ❤🐷🐑🐮🐣👍 🐠🌎✌🙏

My partner and I are currently in the process of building and starting a plant-based food trailer out of a Vintage camper and this video was so inspirational and affirmed that we're really on the right track. So much work and love goes into these things and it is so clear that you both love what you do. I know my own love for cooking is a journey, as you reference, and there is always this underlying drive and curiosity to continue refining my skills and make the food even healthier and tastier. Congratulations with a new beginning! The most delicious and the healthiest bread is made with 100% rye on the sour-dough base. It's heavenly and can be eaten just with salt,- so good it is.

When I first came to your place in Greystones I had a good cry over my avocado toast. Due to Ill health my husband and I had to close our artisan bakery/ cafe a few months before. I really miss it. I truly enjoyed this video today. I was never a commercial baker but did bake bread and rolls for about 10 years for my church and a local restaurant. You made me think back to those days when I would get up at 3:00 am to punch down my huge tubs of dough, proof the rolls and loaves bake them and have them ready in baskets and large paper bags for pickup. It is so true in your case that your customers are almost the soul of your business and it is so lovely to see how your community is knit with your business. 😀 This makes me think of my Opa (grandfather), he was a professional baker and had his own bakery. Great memories of him. Definitely grew up spoiled when it came to the treats in the baking department. He would make us whatever cake we wanted for our birthday, did a whole bunch of Christmas banking for all of us, and his pumpernickel was well loved. I'm sure you know how blessed you are to have each other. Having someone there to journey with you and to share the ups and downs must be really special. I love the craft of coffee. In late 90s I studied coffee craft with some folks who were considered to be the best in the area (the owners traveled the world and inspected the growing situations, and trained baristas very precisely, and roasted their own using a non machine controlled roaster like they had been taught by some really senior roasters in Italy!). One of my fondest moments was when one of my barista friends made us a presspot of Jamaican Blue Mountain and we sat out the back door and watched sun set. Seems trivial but it was a standout moment of pure bliss for me. I love watching you guys, your inspirational vibe of all things good, though it's bittersweet, because I wish I could have grown up with people like you, or live about people like you. It is very negative in my environment and I'm susceptible to seeing negatives. When younger I thought of it as a good thing, because it is a sort of creativity to solve problems and negatives. However, after a series of unfortunate events (I know its a book series but it happens in real life, too) It feels too heavy too lift off the problems. I think being around community like that which you honor, is supremely important to everyone in that community thriving.

I love this video so much and i hope to soon travel back and visit ireland again soon. I loved seeing the growth within the store which started it all. As you said it. Expansion is not everything and growing and expanding within your four walls is most important. It is the people we meet the relationships we build and the heart and soul that we place when what we sell is the most important. Plus Pulling people to Greystone is the biggest growth Drawing people to the great town. I plan to visit again soon and purchase some bread. If it was possible I would love to see a store model in Germany or in great old Canada at somepoint. Keep up the great work you two and your team are doing.
