I LOVE the Cary's sugar free syrup. I feel like it has more flavor. Also my LO one doesn't like to drink a bottle either! We are starting to make a little bit of progress once Leap 4 ended. We had done OT for about a month and a half before the leap started and started to make more progress to help stretch her lip tie as well as an aversion to anything non boob in her mouth. I also just had a baby, on maternity leave, and getting healthier again 😅 (I’m doing Amanda Nighbert’s Lean program where she coaches us on calorie deficit, adequate protein, etc.) Her program starts April 8th so I am trying to get an early start. With that being said, I have calculated the amount of calories I should intake and protein I should intake; however, my question is if I increase my steps (activity level) wouldn’t my calories then change to stay in a caloric deficit? 😅
