I'd recommending reading the packing on your milk as mine says if you add it to boiling water it curdles. You can stop it by putting in the milk first, then pouring in the tea (you can use a tea pot). Or non Aldi milk works for me 😄

In my fitness pal you can make your own recipes. So for example if you have regular meals can make it in recipe then rather then inputting each ingredient can just add recipe !

I am obsessed with that brand of cottage cheese! I agree it is like no other. It's dangerous, i can eat the whole pot easily in one sitting. It goes with everything, savoury or sweet xx

Almond milk separates in hot drinks, it's useless. I use oat milk in hot drinks (or soya) and only nut milks in cereal etc 😊
